The Tennessee Vols are represented in its 15th Super Bowl in the past 16 years, dating back to 2010. During that time period, a Tennessee Vol has taken home a championship ring in 13 of the past 16 years.
However, Tennessee only has one player representing the program in Super Bowl 59, as Kansas City Chiefs offensive lineman Trey Smith is the only Vol in this year's edition of the Big Game.
While Smith is the most recent Vol to hoist the Lombardi Trophy, the first player to win a Super Bowl championship was Bill Anderson with the 1967 Green Bay Packers.
