What, you thought the Tennessee football win over Kentucky was going to be the only thing you'd be able to celebrate this weekend? Yes, the Vols absolutely dominated play in Lexington, posting a 56-34 win on the road against the Wildcats.

Tennessee football fans had to suffer because Sark NFL rumors distracted his team

Before things went final, however, the Vols provided the fanbase with the news they were hoping for. There was worry that there'd be no night games at Neyland Stadium this campaign, but no need to have that on your mind anymore. Next week for the monster showdown between the Vols and Oklahoma, kickoff has officially been set for 7:30 p.m. ET.

Tennessee vs. Oklahoma will be a night game at Neyland Stadium for everyone to enjoy

This truly is what everyone was calling for. Earlier in the week, Tennessee posted online that kickoff would take place either at 3:30 p.m. ET, 7 p.m. ET or 7:30 p.m. ET. It left things pretty up in the air, but now we know for sure that these two teams will be playing under the bright lights in Knoxville.

Before that matchup arrives, Tennessee is going to want to focus on cleaning things up on defense to take on John Mateer and the talented Sooners. Against Kentucky in Week 9, Tim Banks once again had people frustrated with his unit. That simply can't continue to be the case.

As for Josh Heupel and his offense? Well, things went a little better on that side of the ball, as quarterback Joey Aguilar had a night to remember. The veteran signal-caller tossed for 396 yards and three touchdowns.

His night started with a 35-yard TD to Chris Brazzell II, while Mike Matthews got plenty of people off their seats with his 62-yard score. The Vols offense keeps looking sharp, but in order for Tennessee to make a statement and take care of Oklahoma, it's the defense that's going to have to do a 180. For now, Heupel and his players can celebrate the win over Kentucky, but a whole different kind of challenge will be on the way when Oklahoma makes its way to town.
