Terrell Hall, a 2016 four-star defensive end from Washington D.C. (St John’s), was offered by the Tennessee Volunteers on Wednesday.

Hall, 6’5″/218 lbs, is rated by 247Sports as the fourth best player in Washington D.C. and the 21st best weakside defensive end in the nation.

Hall has offers from Connecticut, Iowa, North Carolina, Penn State, Pittsburgh, Rutgers, Syracuse, Toledo, Towson, UCLA and Virginia Tech.

All nine of the 247Sports Crystal Ball predictions that have been made for Hall, have him committing to Penn State.

However, if the Vols can make a serious run at Hall, his pass-rushing skills would be a welcome addition to their 2016 recruiting class.
