Jauan Jennings/Sheriron Jones — Quarterback
OK so we lied. There are six players on this list.
Tennessee signed three quarterbacks this past signing day. However, the Vols also lost backup quarterback Nathan Peterman to Pittsburgh.
That means that a true freshman will back up starter Josh Dobbs.

Quinten Dormady, an early enrollee (as is Jauan Jennings), appears to be the logical choice to back up Dobbs.
Dormady is more polished than Jennings and could be ready for action sooner than the Mufreesboro, TN native.
Sheriron Jones, who isn’t on campus yet, will factor into Tennessee’s quarterback plans at some point, but the Vols are obviously hoping that isn’t this season.
Barring an injury to Josh Dobbs, Tennessee should be able to redshirt at least two of their freshmen quarterbacks.
