In four seasons in Oakland, Moore flashed moments of potential stardom. The former Vol caught 33 passes for 618 yards and five touchdowns as a rookie. He improved on those numbers in his second season, catching 51 passes for 741 yards and seven touchdown.
Most folks believed Moore was in a for a breakout third season, but his numbers stalled, due to his inability to be consistent.
Moore appeared to fall out of favor with the Raiders in 2014, playing in only ten games and being targeted in the passing game only 27 times.
The Bengals’ latest addition obviously has the talent to be a playmaker in the NFL. Perhaps a change of scenery will be all he needs to get back on track.
