Let’s start with the road uniforms. It looks like the stormtrooper whites, which were beloved in the Phillip Fulmer days, are a thing of the past. Here is Jalen Hurd donning a white jersey with orange pants and a white stripe going down the side, kind of reminiscent of the 2002 team but when the pants were white with orange stripes. This uniform was a little expected. Let’s see the home uniform.

Now this is the best normal uniform of all. It’s got the orange stripe just like the 2002 season, except that it ends with a checkerboard going down the side, which is epic. Not much has changed on the front with the pants or the jersey. Let’s go to the most eye-opening change of all.

These alternate uniforms are epic!! Josh Dobbs came down in this one, and as you can see, it has the orange stripe with the checkerboard going down the side still, but black replaces white. Then the rest of the uniform is grey except the number and the signs, which are in orange.

But the story of this uniform is the helmet. The Vols now have grey helmets! This is a major point of excitement going forward.

By far, the alternate football uniforms are the best of any that were displayed. Which one did you like the best? Leave a comment below and let us know.
