4. player. 59.
Ja’Wuan James had an amazing rookie season with the Miami Dolphins, almost reminiscent of the 1990s and early 2000s when the Tennessee Vols churned out elite offensive linemen in the NFL all of the time. Having been named to the NFL All-Rookie team last year, expectations are high for the second-year tackle going into this season.

James started on both sides at tackle last year, showing his incredible versatility on the line, but with everybody getting healthy this year, he should be able to shine at right tackle going into the season. There are already expectations for him to become an All-Pro tackle this year if he can stay healthy.

He already appears to be standing out over all of the other offensive linemen on the Dolphins offensive line, according to multiple reports, hinting that he will have a monster second-year surge. Playing alongside Pro-Bowl Center Mike Pouncey should help him out a lot as well going into the year.

It is also a good sign that James is shining without the offensive line fully healthy right now, so when everybody gets back together, there is no telling just how great the 6’6″ 315 pound offensive lineman can be. But expectations are extremely high going into this season, so we are going to match those expectations. Hey, it is only fair, right?

After this year, James should be one of the Top Five Vols in the NFL. And he ironically played through one of the darkest stretches in Tennessee Vols football history.
. Offensive Tackle. Miami Dolphins. Ja'Wuan James
