A few Tennessee Vols football players are getting lots of recognition going into the 2015 season. Here are the Top 10 most likely to win postseason awards.

With expectations comes individual recognition, and some of that is already taking shape in Knoxville.

There are five players on the Tennessee Volunteers football team that have been named on Preseason Awards Watch Lists. And all of them could win something. But just how many Vols have a shot at being recognized at the end of the year?

This football team appears to be absolutely loaded not just with impressive returning talent but with unproven talent as well, and that is why this could be so difficult. With such a young team made up of so many unproven players who have great potential, we have no way of knowing who will step up for the Vols.

But we have an idea of a few.

Butch Jones’s football team has had a few stars emerge over the last couple of years that should continue what they are doing this year, and his recruiting on top of that adds in new guys that we have major expectations for.

If his one percent better everyday goal truly comes to fruition, then there are plenty of players who could really gain some national recognition.

The only tricky part with that is, at some positions, you could play perfect all year and not get noticed as a result. That is why this list does not necessarily mean the Top 10 best players on the Vols.

It is the Top 10 players most likely to win a postseason award, and that is based on their merit along with the position they play.

So let’s take a look at the Tennessee Vols football players most likely to be recognized individually in December.
