The All for Tennessee Week Three SEC Power Rankings had a major jump from the LSU Tigers and major drop-offs from the Auburn Tigers and Arkansas Razorbacks.
It was a rough week for the SEC. The Arkansas Razorbacks were stunned by the Toledo Rockets, Auburn had to fight off an FCS opponent in overtime, Florida and Missouri had to fight-off low-level VBS opponents, and Tennessee lost to Oklahoma after the Sooners football team spent the week trashing the conference.
Simply put, this past weekend could have gone much better for the conference.

The cluster of upsets, close games that should not have been, regular losses, and a couple of conference thrillers helped to jumble this week’s SEC Power Rankings. These are still a bit difficult to do because plenty of teams in the SEC have not yet played anybody.
Others have already lost, but a couple of them were close games to good teams. Depending on whom they were to, some losses over the weekend helped a team’s stock more than some close, ugly wins helped others.
That really jumbled these SEC Power Rankings. Obviously, these are different from the Top 25, as we base these strictly on how the teams are playing at the particular time we come out with these.
Right now, there are three clear, elite teams in the conference who have shown it with how they looked and, most importantly, who they have beaten. There are plenty of other teams in the conference that are undefeated and have looked elite but have not beaten anybody relevant.
And others are undefeated and do not look elite after struggling with terrible teams. They look worse than some of the teams who lost last weekend.
So with lots more to see and judge, here are the All for Tennessee Week Three SEC Power Rankings.
