In Saturday’s Tennessee vs. Georgia game, both teams trying to get over losses. Here are five Volunteers football players to watch for against the Dawgs.
A game that Tennessee Vols fans hoped at the beginning of the year would decide who wins the SEC East is now a game to determine whether or not Tennessee has an okay season at this point.
After a 2-3 start, the Vols are in desperate need for a big win to turn this season around, and the Georgia Bulldogs provide a great opportunity for that on Saturday.

Unfortunately, Georgia is also looking to get back on track after being blown off the field by the Alabama Crimson Tide, and it will be incredibly focused in this game.
So however desperate Tennessee is, a team that has to win out now and will do everything it can to get that elusive national title is even more dangerous. That is the position the Dawgs are in at this point.
In order to finally get a big win against Georgia, the Vols need specific players to step up. Some of this has to do with coaching, to be fair. Perhaps Mike DeBord and Butch Jones could use the loaded arsenal of weapons they have at receiver for once.
But hey, that’s just a thought.
At the same time, while defensive schemes on the other end have been a problem, this game will just be about manning up and winning the one on one match-ups. Defenders are going to have a lot coming their way in just a couple of unstoppable weapons, and how they react will make all the difference.
With another chance to get a signature win and turn this season around, here are the five Tennessee Vols football players to watch for this weekend when the Georgia Bulldogs come to town if they are going to win.
