There were plenty of Tennessee Volunteers football players who performed in their 52-21 victory over the Kentucky Wildcats. Here are the top five.

After a brutal stretch of games coming down to the wire, the Tennessee Vols finally got a breather.

Butch Jones, Joshua Dobbs and Co. blew the Kentucky Wildcats out with a 52-21 victory.

There were plenty of players on the Vols who put on great performances Saturday night, and they were in all three phases of the game.

From multiple kick returns for touchdowns to big plays on defense along with all of the great plays on offense, it is hard to single out the players who had the biggest impact on the game.

Plenty of Vols made names for themselves, and Jones did a great job getting his football team prepared to play in this game.

Tennessee players never panicked when they got down 7-0 and then when they got down 14-10, as weapons stepped up both times and responded strongly.

The Vols got inside Kentucky territory every time they had the ball Saturday night, and it was reminiscent of those late 1990s games against the Wildcats, when they would consistently put up 50 points.

It was a great game all the way around with the exception of a couple of major mistakes, one bad drive, and one big play given up by the defense.

Outside of that, things were nearly perfect. Here are the five individuals for the Tennessee Vols who deserved helmet stickers for their performances in the game, winning our Smokey Points for this week.
