4th year in NFL
Yes, the New Orleans Saints are clearly relying on former Tennessee football players to carry them to the Super Bowl this year, and one of them could be the most valuable of al players in the NFL Playoffs. Alvin Kamara is that deadly of a weapon.

Here’s the problem, though. Kamara is likely out when the Saints host the Chicago Bears Sunday due to COVID-19. As a result, if he wants to make an impact, Drew Brees, Sean Payton and co. need to find a way to get past them without him. New Orleans is lucky it has the easiest matchup of anybody else in the postseason.
If they can get past Chicago, though, Kamara can return. Once again this year, the 5’10” 215-pound all-purpose back made the Pro Bowl, something he has done every year in the pros. Although he doesn’t add to the list of elite return specialist among former Vols in the playoffs this year since he’s moved away from that, he’s still a dynamic back.
Fresh off six rushing touchdowns in his most recent performance, Kamara leads the league in touchdowns from scrimmage with 21 and has 1,688 all-purpose yards. As a pure runner, Kamara had 187 carries for 932 yards and 16 touchdowns. Simply put, if he gets a chance to see the field, any team that faces him will have its hands full.
Although he was drafted, Kamara was still overlooked like Shy Tuttle and Marquez Callaway, falling to the third round. The Saints are scoring big with undervalued Tennessee football players. In Kamara, they have the guy taking the torch from Reggie White, Peyton Manning, Jason Witten and Eric Berry as the best former Vol in the NFL.
