SEC Tournament: Lady Vols vs. South Carolina live stream, game time, TV and radio info
After having to fight off a very tough Ole Miss Rebels team to win the SEC Tournament quarterfinals 77-72, the No. 3 seed Tennessee Lady Vols are in the semifinals of the event for the first time since 2016. Now, they will face the team they scored their biggest win of the year against during the regular season in a huge rematch.
Ranked No. 14 in the AP Poll and No. 16 in the Coaches Poll, Kellie Harper’s team will take on the South Carolina Gamecocks in Greenville, S.C. at Bon Secours Wellness Arena. Just over two weeks ago, when Dawn Staley’s team was ranked No. 2 in the nation, they suffered a 75-67 upset loss to UT in Knoxville, Tenn. at Thompson-Boling Arena. This is their chance for revenge.
Coming off a 75-63 win over the Alabama Crimson Tide Thursday, South Carolina enters this game ranked No. 7 in both polls and on a mission after costing themselves the regular season SEC Championship with last Sunday’s loss to the Texas A&M Aggies. Here is all the information you need for Rocky Top’s SEC Tournament matchup.

Obviously, losing out on the regular season SEC Championship and losing to UT will have South Carolina extra motivated to play this game. That puts a lot of pressure on the Lady Vols, who are currently on a three-game winning streak after closing out the regular season with wins over the Missouri Tigers and Auburn Tigers.
Although they struggled with Ole Miss, that’s not much to worry about. The Rebels had won two straight games against ranked teams, the Kentucky Wildcats and Arkansas Razorbacks, and they only lost by one to UT in the regular season. That’s a well-coached, young, dangerous team.
USC will be much more dangerous, and if the Lady Vols could beat them again on a neutral court, it would be an incredible accomplishment. What’s more impressive, though, is that after beating Ole Miss they will have now gone two full years under Harper with no losses to non-NCAA Tournament caliber teams.
The winner of this game will take on the winner of the other SEC Tournament semifinal game between the Georgia Bulldogs and Texas A&M Aggies. UGA swept The Lady Vols in the regular season, and A&M won the only matchup between the two. That game is set for 4 p.m. ET.
