Tennessee football: Five best NFL landing spots for Brandon Kennedy
2.) Tennessee Titans
The Tennessee Titans were one of many NFL organizations that caught an up-close look at Brandon Kenndy at Tennessee football’s Pro Day in March. Kennedy, who ran the 40-yard dash, bench pressed and cycled through drills at the event, certainly benefitted from the exposure in front of team representatives such as Titans HC Mike Vrabel.

It gets even better for Kennedy, who after showing out in front of Vrabel in workouts, went through drills with the Titans’ head coach acting as his QB. If Vrabel wanted a first-hand feel for Kennedy’s game on the field, it’s impossible to believe he got anything but that last month.
His relationship with the team’s coaches aside, Kennedy would fit well in Nashville simply because the team could use another interior offensive lineman. While three players are listed on the team’s depth chart under center – Aaron Brewer is penciled in at both center and left guard – only one player, Nate Davis, is named at right guard.
Having bobbed around the SEC and earned every snap he played, it’s unlikely that Kennedy will shy away from the opportunity to compete for a role early. If selected by the Titans this spring, Kennedy would become the first Tennessee football player to be taken in the NFL Draft by the in-state organization since WR Justin Hunter in 2013.
