Prop bet No. 3: Tennessee over 18

In the interest of keeping it real, this prop bet only made the list because of the nature to make three prop bets. Tennessee football hitting the over is one of many 50/50 propositions in this game that you may want to avoid. However, it’ll be easier for this one to happen than some of the others, particularly on the lines.

Why is that? Well, it only takes a couple of big plays for this over to hit. UT had a lot 75-yard touchdown pass on the first play of the game last week, a 72-yard touchdown pass on their second drive and should’ve had a 70-yard touchdown pass on their third drive, but Jalin Hyatt was ruled out of bounds after 41 yards.

Add in a 37-yard touchdown run, and this team is more than capable of big plays. It’s not like Kentucky doesn’t have a good defense, and the Vols were doing this at night on the road with a rabid crowd. Taking all that into account, they’re certainly capable of hitting a couple of big plays against UGA.

Now, that doesn’t mean they’ll cover or even be in this game, as the Dawgs could still pull away easily in a blowout. It’s also possible UGA is ready for this offense and shuts everything down. However, there’s a great chance the Vols hit that over with just a couple of plays.
