It’s the first time since 2014 that both these teams are facing off at or above .500, and War Memorial Stadium should be an epic place for this border rivalry. Both the Arkansas Razorbacks and Missouri Tigers have something to play for.

Mizzou comes in on the heels of a 24-23 overtime win over the Florida Gators. They haven’t had the second year they wanted under Eliah Drinkwitz, highlighted by a 62-24 loss to Tennessee football, but they have rebounded recently, and a win here to finish above .500 in the regular season would be a major step forward.

Meanwhile, with a former Tennessee football assistant as their head coach, Arkansas has been incredibly impressive in Sam Pittman’s second year. They have stumbled recently, but at No. 25 in the College Football Playoff rankings and No. 26 in the AP and Coaches Polls, this is their chance to secure a top 25 finish.

Prediction

Will the Arkansas team that got lucky against Mississippi State and the LSU Tigers, show up or will it be the one who almost beat the Alabama Crimson Tide? Despite being at home, I’m going with the team that got lucky against the other two. Arkansas will still win, but they won’t cover the spread. Also, with two teams who run the ball, the over/under is a bit too high.
