There's another loaded group on the way to Knoxville this weekend, as the Tennessee football team is set to bring in plenty of top targets for their official visits. The list includes 5-star EDGE Tristian Givens, who was on campus last month for an unofficial visit.

Last weekend, 5-star lineman Darius Gray was in town and he had an incredible time meeting with Josh Heupel and his coaching staff. Heupel is hoping to land his verbal and the exact same thing can be said about Givens. Could some big news be on the way for the Vols this weekend if his trip checks all the boxes?

5-star EDGE Tristian Givens will visit Tennessee this weekend

It goes without saying, but this would be a monster get if he can get things across the line with Givens. The 6-3, 215-pounder is one of the top pass-rushers in the country for his class and he's got a boatload of offers. It's also pretty telling that he's returning to Tennessee so quickly after his last visit.

Throughout his recruitment, Givens has picked up more than 30 offers. He's ranked five stars, the No. 3 EDGE in the nation and No. 23 prospect overall per 247Sports. He just took an official visit to Washington last weekend and he'll be at Texas A&M on June 20.

He also has strong interest in Florida State and USC, though trips to those schools haven't been finalized yet. There's also no date for when Givens will be announcing his college decision, but you never know what might happen when it comes to recruiting.

Heupel is putting together a strong 2026 class already and he'd love nothing more than to have Givens join the list of pledges. How things go this weekend will play a major role in his final call. The red carpet needs to be rolled out for this kid starting on Friday, no doubt about that.
