He's not going to be denied. The future is bright for 5-star quarterback Faizon Brandon, the No. 1 signal-caller in the country for the 2026 class. The North Carolina product has made it more than clear that he's locked in with the Tennessee football team.

In even better news, Brandon is doing whatever he can to help Josh Heupel land another 5-star playmaker to join him in Knoxville. That'd of course be wideout Tristen Keys, who is ranked the No. 1 wide receiver in the country. The speedster is an unreal talent.

This is something Brandon knows all about. The two have taken multiple trips to the Tennessee campus at the same time together and they're building a close bond. This weekend, Brandon took his recruiting efforts to a new level, publicly telling Keys that it'd be a no-brainer for him to join the QB at UT once the '26 season gets here:

Faizon Brandon continues to go all-in to help Tennessee football land Tristen Keys

That's an eye-opening post if you ask us. The two were at Tennessee earlier this month for their official visits, which was of course a strategic move by Heupel and his staff. Keys had an unreal time, with people still talking about the video of him that took over social media.

Brandon was in his ear all weekend and 5-star offensive tackle David Sanders Jr., who is getting ready for his freshman campaign in the SEC, was also trying to turn his head too. Keys is obviously super interested in the Vols, but at a high enough level where he'll eventually end up changing his mind?

Keys remains an LSU pledge and Brian Kelly was quite lucky to land his verbal in the first place. With that said, Tennessee, Miami and Texas A&M continue to work in an attempt to flip him. Keys said recently that his 'final decision' will be coming soon enough.

In a perfect world for the Tennessee faithful, Brandon and Keys will play together at the next level. If that ends up being the case, Heupel will have Brandon to thank if he ends up coming out on top of one of the biggest recruiting battles for this cycle.
