We are about a week away from the Early Signing Period getting here and Josh Heupel is working to put the finishing touches on Tennessee's already brilliant 2026 class. However, there might be some talented players on 'flip watch' moving forward.
Most likely bowl outcome for the Vols entering the final weekend of the regular season
A new player to put up on that list in receiver commit Salesi Moa, a standout from Utah. Seemingly out of nowhere, news dropped on Wednesday that Moa is taking a visit to Michigan this weekend to watch the Wolverines try to take down No. 1 Ohio State. If his trip goes well, could he end up giving Heupel and his staff some bad news early next week?

4-star Tennessee commit Salesi Moa is taking a Michigan visit for the Ohio State game
Moa was once a 5-star Tennessee commit according to the 247Sports Composite, but he took a small tumble in the latest rankings. Still, he's a high 4-star pledge and the No. 3 ATH in the country per the updated list. He's a two-way stud, but expected to play wideout for the Vols.
However, it's now totally unknown if he ends up signing with the Vols next week or not. This would be a huge setback for Tennessee. Keep in mind that earlier this month fellow 4-star prospect Legend Bey decided he didn't want to be SEC-bound to play his college ball.
Yup, Bey flipped his decision from Tennessee to Ohio State, which was so disappointing to see. If Moa decides to bail too, it will make things a bit thin at the receiver position. The good news for Heupel is that 5-star wideout Tristen Keys is still on board and he appears to be locked in.
On top of that, 5-star quarterback Faizon Brandon and 5-star tackle Gabriel Osenda fully plan to make things official with UT during the Early Signing Period. Will Tennessee be able to hold on to Moa as well? Again, that seems a bit up in the air, but it all could come down to how his two-day stay in Ann Arbor goes this weekend.
