This is obviously a very good Group of Five team that played for the MAC Championship last year and went 8-6. This year, the team, coached by Dino Babers, returns 10 of 11 starters on offense, and it also upgrades at quarterback with Matt Johnson returning from injury.
But at the same time, the defense only returns four starters and was pretty bad last year, giving up nearly 34 points a game.
After looking at the five keys to victory for each team, which you can see here, and looking at the five Vols to watch out for in this game, which you can see here, it is now time to look at the five Falcons who will be that you want to watch out for this weekend.
Bowling Green is loaded with offensive weapons and does have quite a few playmakers to make this a game if a few breaks go their way, as we have already documented.
There is a very good chance they keep this game close for a while, and there is a much more unlikely possibility, but still a possibility, that they pull off the upset in Nashville.
Tennessee will want to keep an eye out for certain players, though, if they are going to take care of business in this game. Bowling Green has plenty of experience and is going to be very well-coached in running that up-tempo offense, which may in turn make the defense not matter anyway.
