After getting into Florida’s head, the Tennessee football Volunteers are no in the Bulldogs’ heads.

It’s almost like clockwork. We recently reported about the Vols being inside the Florida Gators’ heads. There was enough evidence of that involving the coaches and administration, disproving what they claim about Tennessee football not being a rivalry since they’ve won 14 of the past 15 games between the two schools.

Not only did a Florida staffer troll a UT recruit, but while the Vols were on a recruiting roll, they decided to obsessively tweet about their 2019 win over Rocky Top. Then they had an assistant show a highlight from last year’s game on Tuesday to troll the new celebrity fictional UT head coach Gus Duggerton after he beat Florida in a video game.

Well, the Georgia Bulldogs were the next school whose head Tennessee football got into. And once again, it was all due to Duggerton. After a thrilling victory over Florida, @BarstoolBigCat orchestrated an instant classic in a win over Georgia. How did the Dawgs respond? Well, they showed highlights from their win over the Vols last year on Twitter.

Yes, the University of Georgia decided to respond to a Barstool account about a fake win. They followed up on Florida doing it. Why are both schools so obsessed with responding to a fun video game that is keeping everybody entertained?

Honestly, it makes no sense. However, like Florida, UGA went on a tweet storm during Rocky Top’s recruiting roll as well. We reported on both of them doing that back when it happened. Simply put, the Vols have rattled Georgia the same way they rattled Florida.

To be fair, UT has been hard flexing on Georgia all offseason. They did lure offensive lineman Cade Mays away in a transfer, and they are also stealing a lot of elite prospects from that state. However, UGA fans, like all other fans, like to troll the Vols by saying it doesn’t translate to the field. If that’s the case, why do they care so much?

The Dawgs should maybe focus on finally knocking down that national title door. How many times are they going to let it slip away? Well, they are in a great position to do it this year, but it won’t come if they keep thinking about Tennessee football.
